SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to the U.S.  We process all Monday-Friday orders that day and weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

Estimated Arrival Date: You'll find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.
 

  • If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), we will begin processing your order that day.

  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, we will begin processing your order the following business day.

RETURN POLICY

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zerep, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be intact with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Zerep will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
